hi guys dr. Berg here in this videowe're going to talk about tinnitusringing in the ears okayit's I'm going to teach you a techniqueit's not mine I didn't develop it it's Ifound some data on the web by a guy bythe name of dr. Jan stride um okay soit's he developed it I don't know wherehe got it from but it seems to be prettysuccessful for tinnitus okay it's calleda finger drumming technique maybe youalready saw it but I'm going to alterthe technique just a little bit I meanyou can try both ways but I think thisway works a little bit better itinvolves kind of a stimulation of theeighth cranial nerve the eighth cranialnervescomes out of the brainstem deep into theskull and it's called the vestibularcochlea this is the nerve that affectshearing and if there's a problem withthat nerve you can have ringing as wellokay now in my other techniques thatyou've probably watched or maybe youhaven't a lot of the principle ofgetting rid of chronic pain for exampleis to work on another part of the bodyokay because you have this kind of stuckenergy that it just keeps hurting overand over and to release it you don'twork on that air you work on the mirrorimage side this this involves the sameprinciple so you're going to be workingon the back part of your skull thatmatches this cranial nerve at the levelof the brainstem where it comes out okayand the first thing you're going to dois you're going to take your fingerslike this on the back of the skull andyou're going to just take your pointerfingers right on the middle finger andthen just flip them like this and I'mgoing to demonstrate that just like thisokay you're going to do it like thisokay now here's the thing the locationis very very important if we take a lookat where this nerve exits on thebrainstem it exits at the level of wherethe ear is right here with a hole inyour ears right here if you draw a linein the back part you're going to goright around the ridge of that what'scalled the occiput Ridge it's a littlelike if you take your fingers and youjustfeel on your skull it'll actually go andthen it just sinks into your neck rightwell there's a little Ridge there thebottom that that Ridge is at the levelof where your ear is that's where you'regoing to be thumping or or flipping yourfingers and tapping okay right at thatpoint so you're going to take yourmiddle finger and go just above it andthen you're going to let your firstfinger kind of flip off and togetherstimulate that point kind of fairlyclose to the midline okay so the firstthing you do is you're going to rate theseverity of the ringing or hissing noiseokay so let's just say 10 is likeoff-the-charts really really bad onethere's no no ringing at all okay so youwant to first rate it so go ahead and dothat right now what number you go let'spretend you have a five okay so nowwe're going to do this technique he saysto do it for about forty to fifty timesI'm going to suggest you start up withdoing twenty times I'm going to tell youwhy in a second so you're going to do ittwenty times so you're going to do thistechnique and just flip your finger andkind of pulse right at the level of yourwage on the occiput okay you're going todo that for twenty times then you'regoing to rewrite the severity so it wasa five let's say now it's a four okay sothen you're going to repeat thisprocedure do it 20 more times okay nowreevaluate how is it now it's a threeokay do it again and you keep repeatingthis until it's completely gone now youmay find that you have to do this fouror five times to get rid of itcompletely there is a chance that itmight not work at allso if it doesn't work the first timeit's probably not going to work at allbut if it's going to work it's going towork right away okay so that's thesimplicity of it but you want to keeprepeating this and I would do this everysingle day until it stays gone okay sogo ahead and try that put your commentsdown belowpress it okay just let me do that overhere press the subscribe button pressjust press this button right heresubscribe okay that one right there justdo it right now hey if you're enjoyingmy videos press the subscribe buttonbelow and I will keep you updated on thefuture event thank you so much

Take Dr. Berg’s Advanced Evaluation Quiz:

Your report will then be sent via email analyzing 104 potential symptoms, giving you a much deeper insight into the cause-effect relationship of your body issues. It’s free and very enlightening.

This technique was developed from Dr. Jan Strydom. This tapping technique helps to desensitize ringing in the ears through creating a rhythmic finger drumming directly over the occiput bone at the level of the brain step.

Step 1: Rate your symptom from 1-10
Step 2: Apply procedure 20 times
Step 3: Re-rate symptom and repeat procedure

Continue this procedure daily until resolved.
